Evolve Med Spa began its story in Hoboken, New Jersey. It was launched in 2020, leading to a challenging beginning. The clinic relied on community connection and the leadership of its three founders to establish its foundation.
The clinic was founded by three co-founders, who each hold leadership positions within the company: Emily Fernandez is a co-founder and VP of Operations; Dr. Oz Fernandez is a co-founder and Medical Director; and Austin Jacobus is the third co-founder and VP of Clinical.
Evolve specializes in medical aesthetics, including non-surgical rejuvenation of the skin through medical spa treatments, and offers clinical skincare procedures. It prioritizes aesthetic medicine based on professional expertise while adhering to professional skincare protocols for integrity, helping the business overcome expansion struggles without diluting care.
Evolving with the Community
Launching in 2020 was a unique obstacle, but it also meant that the clients who joined Evolve when it started had a deep sense of trust in the clinic. This began a long-standing client relationship founded in loyalty and support in the surrounding community, as they all came together.Fernandez says of the experience, “We remain incredibly grateful and humbled that this local foundation allowed us to scale at an exceptional rate.” Since its start, Evolve Med Spa has built its reach into 14 locations across four states. Clients may now visit an Evolve Med Spa in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Despite many locations, Evolve prides itself on the ability to deliver consistent quality experiences to clients, founded on the expertise of its aesthetic specialists.

Administering advanced aesthetic procedures, Evolve Med Spa leverages the clinical expertise of its specialists to provide a variety of services. Providers are trained to administer dermal fillers as well as other procedures for the face, such as facial balancing.On the skincare side, they are capable of stimulating collagen production with clinical treatments and a wide variety of other offerings to assist with skin health and rejuvenation. The clinic also offers laser skin resurfacing and body contouring for physical aesthetic treatments to other parts of the body, and several more treatments, including injectables.
