The Nevada Athletic Commission has sanctioned the sport's most famous nights for more than half a century. Its events will be secured by Flash Biometrics’ technology.

Muhammad Ali. Sugar Ray Leonard. Mike Tyson. Evander Holyfield. Oscar De La Hoya. Floyd Mayweather. Manny Pacquiao. Conor McGregor. Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Every one of those fighters had legendary fights licensed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

That commission has now partnered with Flash Biometrics. Under the agreement, executed after a review of roughly 10 months that required sign-off from the Nevada Attorney General's office, the company's verification system will operate at the events the commission sanctions.

Las Vegas has been the center of championship boxing for more than half a century. Caesars Palace hosted the Four Kings. The MGM Grand Garden Arena hosted Tyson and Mayweather-Pacquiao. T-Mobile Arena now takes the biggest cards, from Canelo to UFC 229.

Different promoters, different networks, different buildings. The same regulator throughout. That is what the Flash Biometrics agreement attaches to. Rather than a single venue, the partnership sits with the commission, which means the verification system applies to all sanctioned events wherever they are held.

In 2025, the commission sanctioned 58 events across those sports, held at Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Mandalay Bay, The Cosmopolitan, Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, The Palms Casino Resort, Sahara Hotel & Casino and the UFC Apex. Flash Biometrics' system will be the key security foundation for all events across those venues.

At a sanctioned event, Flash Biometrics technology will verify the personnel cleared to be there: including licensed fighters, referees, and promoters. Verification happens at credential check-in. Rollout begins immediately and will be phased in across sanctioned events.

Flash Biometrics, a product of App-Order LLC, is a facial recognition platform for identity verification and event access. Flash Biometrics' platform verifies identity in under a second and has been deployed across youth and amateur sports, live events and large venues. The company surpassed one million users in 2025. Flash Biometrics encrypts all biometric data and does not sell user data.
